This cross was commissioned by John Paul II High School in Plano, Texas as a legacy gift from the graduating class of 2008. The "Marian Cross" is on Pope John Paul II's coat-of-arms. The "M" is for "Mary" to whom John Paul II held a strong devotion. It is installed in an enclosed garden.
